Shiretoko and Chat Facebook or Windows Live - Problems of compatibility
Chi ha provato ad installare la versione 3.5 di Firefox (Shiretoko) su Ubuntu 9.04 avrà notato che ci sono diversi problemi di compatibilità con Facebook tra cui la chat…
Per risolvere queste incompatibilità la soluzione è semplice:
- In Shiretoko nella barra dell’indirizzo digitiamo: “about:config“
- Nel campo Filter digitiamo: “useragent“
- Modifichiamo il valore di “general.useragent.extra.firefox” da “Shiretoko/3.5″ a “Firefox/3.5“
Il problema era che Facebook riconosceva Firefox sotto un’altro nome 
così facendo dovrebbero risolversi anche problemi con altri siti tra cui Windows Live
